Your access to and use of the jay9 login Platform is conditional upon your full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference. These documents collectively form the entire agreement between you and jay9 login.

Acceptance occurs automatically upon any of the following actions: (a) completing the account registration process; (b) making a deposit; (c) placing a wager or bet; or (d) continuing to use the Platform after any notified revision to these Terms & Conditions has taken effect. If you do not agree to any provision of this document, you must immediately cease using the Platform and contact support to request account closure.

These Terms & Conditions are made available in English, which is the operative language of this Platform for the Bangladesh market. It is your responsibility to read and understand the terms in their entirety. jay9 login is not responsible for any consequences arising from a Player's failure to read these terms prior to use.

Minors — individuals under 18 years of age — are strictly prohibited from accessing or using the Platform in any capacity. If you are under 18, you must exit this website immediately. jay9 login takes the protection of minors seriously and employs verification procedures to prevent underage access.

jay9 login supports a range of payment methods designed specifically for the Bangladesh market. Accepted deposit and withdrawal channels include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and Visa/Mastercard. All transactions are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) and are processed without currency conversion charges for local mobile financial service providers.

Deposits: Deposits are credited to your Account balance immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider, subject to network conditions. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. jay9 login does not impose deposit processing fees; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges. Players are responsible for confirming applicable fees with their respective payment provider before initiating a transaction.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to successful completion of KYC verification. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Approved bKash and Nagad withdrawals are typically processed within 15 minutes of approval by our payments team. Dutch-Bangla Bank and BRAC Bank transfers may take 1 to 3 business hours. Visa/Mastercard withdrawals may take 1 to 3 business days depending on your card issuer.

Withdrawal Conditions: Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method previously used to deposit funds into the same Account, or to a method that has been verified as belonging to the Account holder. jay9 login will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances. You must withdraw at least once using your deposit method before alternative withdrawal methods may be added.

Pending Transactions: jay9 login reserves the right to perform additional security or fraud checks on any withdrawal request before processing. During such review periods, funds remain in your Account balance and no interest accrues. You will be notified via email of any request placed under extended review.

jay9 login is committed to maintaining a fair and secure gaming environment for all registered players. To protect the integrity of the Platform and the interests of all users, the following actions are expressly prohibited and constitute a material breach of these Terms & Conditions:

• Fraudulent activity: Using stolen, cloned, or unauthorised payment instruments to fund your Account or to receive withdrawals.
• Money laundering: Using the Platform to disguise, convert, or transfer the proceeds of criminal activity in any form.
• Chargebacks: Initiating chargebacks or payment reversals with your bank or payment provider in respect of funds already used for wagering on the Platform.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to achieve artificially favourable outcomes in any game or sports market.
• Software exploitation: Using bots, automated scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any software that interacts with the Platform in a non-human manner to gain an unfair advantage.
• Vulnerability exploitation: Deliberately identifying and exploiting software bugs, glitches, or pricing errors to generate artificial profit.
• Multiple accounts: Registering or operating more than one Account for any purpose, including to claim multiple welcome bonuses.
• Impersonation: Registering under another person's name or identity, or allowing a third party to operate your Account.
• Underage access: Accessing or using the Platform if you are under 18 years of age, or knowingly facilitating underage access by a third party.

jay9 login employs real-time fraud detection, behavioural analytics, and manual review procedures. Accounts identified as engaging in any prohibited conduct will be suspended immediately. Following investigation, jay9 login may permanently close the Account, forfeit all balances (including real-money and bonus funds), report the matter to relevant financial authorities, and pursue civil or criminal remedies as appropriate under Bangladesh law.

The Platform and all content thereon are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While jay9 login takes all reasonable steps to ensure uninterrupted service, we do not warrant that the Platform will be error-free, that access will be continuous, or that any specific game or market will be available at any given time. Scheduled maintenance, emergency downtime, or third-party provider outages may temporarily affect service availability.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, jay9 login shall not be liable for: (a) any loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated winnings; (b) any indirect, consequential, or incidental loss arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform; (c) any loss arising from decisions made on the basis of information displayed on the Platform; or (d) any loss arising from network interruptions, device malfunction, or third-party payment provider delays beyond jay9 login's reasonable control.

In all circumstances, jay9 login's maximum aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the amount deposited by that Player during the 30-day period preceding the incident giving rise to the claim.

jay9 login expressly disclaims liability for gambling losses incurred through lawful use of the Platform. Gambling involves risk, and Players accept that losses are a normal outcome of wagering activity. The Platform is provided for entertainment purposes to adults who voluntarily choose to participate with funds they can afford to lose.

Nothing in this clause limits jay9 login's liability for: (a) death or personal injury caused by our negligence; (b) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation by jay9 login; or (c) any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
